into the dead wax, picture sleeve constructed from a proof
sleeve glued onto a blank card sleeve with tape to the edges;
pressed in tiny numbers purely to test the sonics & never
intended for sale to the public. The sleeve shows light wear,
whilst the vinyl has minimal sign of play - a great copy of this
