ART PEPPER So In Love (1980 US 5-track LP, recorded in NYC & Burbank, CA the previous year with Hank Jones, Ron Carter & Al Foster for the first session & George Cables, Charlie Haden & Bill Higgins the latter, both typically awe-inspiring sessions from Pepper's later years in strictly acoustic form. The gatefold sleeve has notes from Pepper himself inside & is complete with an eight page history/discography booklet. The sleeve shows some edge scuffing with a light crease yet the vinyl appears barely played AH9412)
