BEL CANTO White-Out Conditions (1987 Belgian 9-track vinyl
LP, encapsulating eighties Dream-Pop from the Norwegian trio,
led by a then seventeen year old vocalist, Anneli Drecker. Think
ethereal female vocal over widescreen Ryuichi Sakamoto-esque
computerized backing, but with a cold glaciel edge! The glossy
picture sleeve has a gold plugging company sticker attached & is
