PREFAB SPROUT I Trawl The Megahertz (2019 UK/EU 9-track remastered double LP pressed on 180gram Vinyl with etched B-side, Paddy McAloon's cult 2003 solo album now re-released under the Prefab Sprout name [as originally intended], recorded between 1999-2002 when Paddy was suddenly left almost blind & housebound. Paddy found comfort in listening to shortwave radio transmissions such as chat shows, phone-in programs & documentaries which provided influence for this collection of mostly instrumental recordings. Includes the amazing 22-minute side length title track [often voted as one of the must-hear recordings before you die!]. Comes housed in a deluxe & fully glossed gatefold picture sleeve with gold foil lettering & artwork inners. The sleeve shows minimal wear & the vinyl is Excellent with just the odd faint paper scuff not affecting play)
