DUKE ELLINGTON Ellington At Newport (1980s Dutch CBS 'Jazz Masterpieces' series 3-track vinyl LP, digitally remastered from the original analogue tapes, famously recorded live at the American Jazz Festival at Newport on 7th July 1956 with PaulGonsalves' acrobatic, fully-improvised, 27-chorus tenor solo! The picture sleeve has some vintage price and catolgue stickers to the front of sleeve and has updated notes from Stanley Dance & is complete with the series catalogue inner CBS4509861)1
