#Top 500 Greatest Albums Of All Time
TRACKLISTING AND EXTRA INFORMATION
The fully laminated, top opening, internal flipback picture sleeve is in AMAZING condition. The unique number is stamped onto the front of the sleeve with 'The BEATLES' embossed. This copy is numbered 0503666. The back of the sleeve is plain except for the word 'Stereo' lightly printed in grey although it retains the Mono catalogue number as well as the Stereo on the WIDE spine. The only disclaimer is a tiny 'dink' at bottom corner - otherwise it's one of the nicest Near Mint sleeves we've ever seen - still maintaining the off-white 'creaminess' over FIFTY-FIVE YEARS later!
Included are the four portraits which are in superb condition. They have no pin-holes, as so many copies usually do. Also included is the large fold-out colour lyric poster which remains unused & free from any splits or major creasing, with just a little age-related wear in places. Also with the increasingly rare A4 'spacer' - showing just minimal wear.
Despite hopeful eBay claims, this album was issued simultaneously both with & without 'An E.M.I. Recording' text on the stereo labels. It is not uncommon to find labels with & without in the same sleeve as issued. This confusion has arisen because the first batch of MONO labels were printed without the text, but for the stereo either were used.
'An E.M.I. Recording' is only on Disc 2.
The die cut black company inners complete the package & all are free from tears or splits and show just light natural creasing from being in the sleeve.
The labels are Apple labels with 'Sold in the UK subject to..." text.
The matrix numbers are machine stamped into the dead vinyl, they are as follows:
Side One YEX 709-1
Side Two YEX 710-1
Side Three YEX 711-1
Side Four YEX 712-1
The vinyl is truly superb, like it may have only been played a few times.
An astonishing copy of this Stereo original - with no need to upgrade - when will you see another?
