JOHN MARTYN London Conversation (Very rare 1967 UK first issue 12-track MONO LP on the rough textured pink 'eye' label, front laminated picture sleeve. Recorded when he was just eighteen and largely self penned, it was a stunning debut. This copy shows just light shelfwear with a bit of laminite creasing in places and minimal discolouration to the unlaminated back, but nothing much to write home about. The labels are both really clean with just a few light spindle marks. The vinyl isbeautiful with no obvious signs of play to show for its fifty years, we have play tested and can confirm it has no effect on play. It is rumoured that they only pressed a mere five hundred of these. A must own from the much missed Troubadour ILP-952)
