A Ballad opera which tells the true story of two convicts [Henry Cabell & Susannah Homes] and their epic voyage on the 1787 'First Fleet' transports to Australia. Featuring a host of some of the finest UK folk artists including Martin Carthy, Dave Swarbrick, June Tabor, Nic Jones, The Watersons and more, with the ensemble arranged by Dolly Collins & directed by Roddy Skeaping.
This resulted in the album being awarded Melody Maker's 'Folk Album Of 1977'.
