QUEEN Bohemian Rhapsody (Impossible To Find 1978
French-only & promotional-only vinyl 7", featuring an exclusive
"Version Courte", a never-before-heard 3:30 Edit of the famous
six-minute suite that was was not commercially released. Also
features I'm In Love With My Car. The wide centred labels are
custom black & yellow, very different to the "2C008-97140"
stock copies, which featured the 5:59 length version. These early
promo copies bear the exclusive 'SP621' label catalogue number
& were pressed in miniscule numbers for a select handful of
French journalists & DJs, complete with a unique & lightly
textured picture sleeve with a great colour live shot of the band
on the front with a 'leur chef d'oeuvre' flash. The delicate sleeve
is Excellent with some unavoidable wear & just a little minor
spine scuffing. The vinyl grades Excellent with some minor
cosmetic surface marks from being stored in a PVC sleeve, and
has no effect on play. A serious collectors piece, here we have
one of the rarest European pressings of one of the most
expensive and successful singles ever to come from
Britain! Only the second copy we have ever seen & unlikely to
ever be repeated...)
