60s US issue of the 1963 6-track stereo LP, a modern jazz
classic & Mingus' magnum opus of multi-layered &
far-reaching genius. This is the black label edition with red
rim & multi-coloured Impulse! box logo, with 'Stereo' & 'RVG'
machine stamped in the run-outs, heavyweight pasted
gatefold picture sleeve. The sleeve shows light ringwear and
the vinyl appears barely played. Recommended AS-35)
