edition 6-track LP, produced exclusively for the members of
the Duke Ellington Society, featuring rare performances
recorded for Broadcast on May 8th & 22nd 1938 at the famous
Cotton Club, with the remainder of the tracks being recorded
at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Boston on July 26th the following
year, picture sleeve. The sleeve shows a little light shelfwear
& the vinyl appears barely played MLP-1002)
