RAHSAAN ROLAND KIRK Volunteered Slavery (1970 UK issue 8-track stereo LP on the plum & red Atlantic label. A big acid jazz favourite, the album features his soulful rendition of I Say A Little Prayer, the Kirk original Three For The Festival plusthe astonishing Tribute To John Coltrane live medley at the Newport Jazz Festival in 1968, with Kirk playing like his life depended on it! The front laminated picture sleeve is superb with very little evidence of wear over the years [just a little bit of lifting near the spine] while the vinyl is in Excellent condition with minimal play only)
