SAM GOPAL Escalator (Very Rare 1969 UK-only first press 11-track LP, the debut & only album by the underground British Hard Psychedelic Rock band starring a pre-Hawkwind Ian Willis, aka Lemmy Kilmister on vocals, lead & rhythm guitar. Comes housed in a unique textured gatefold picture sleeve with the band looking mean as! The sleeve [VG] has some scuffing around the edges and spine due to the design. The vinyl grades G with some notable hairlines on Side One, whilst these can be felt to the touch, they have very little affect on playback. A very respectable 'G' copy - priced accordingly SLE8001)
