The British rear design is completely different from that of the US release with just one photo of Bob, different to any of the three photos on the US rear sleeve. The liner notes contain many minor differences from the American notes - For example, the characters "Savage Rose & Fixable" are here called "Savage Rose & Openly".
This first issue has the catalogue number under the '<-- STEREO -->' flash on the back of the sleeve. This was moved to be underneath the CBS logo on the second release.
The titles & discography are also unboxed. On the second issue they were boxed. On the third, there is a large boxed 'CBS stereo records ...' flash.
The label is of the 'rough' CBS variety, with centre boxed logo, '33' instead of '33 1/3' near the bottom left corner of the logo & 'Blossom Music Ltd' Credit to the centre right.
The stamped Matrices in the run off are 62272 A/2 & B/1.
The inner is the die-cut 'The Sound Of Entertainment' CBS company catalogue.
Condition :-
The sleeve shows creasing around the edges with discolouration to the unlaminated reverse and still shows the orignal pencilled price to the top left, with no tears or splits all leaving it VG.
The vinyl is graded as VG with moderate spindle wear and a collection of light scuffs & hairlines to indicate play.
Despite not being Mint, this is an acceptable copy and only the second of this variant that we have ever seen!
