PERE UBU The Modern Dance (Late 1990s early 2000s US
reissue 10-track LP on Blank Records. This was the debut Ubu
longplayer & remains a vital & influential recording to this date,
fusing elements of proto punk, Beefheart & The Stooges with
electronic experimentation - the band were the most exciting
thing to emerge from the relatively unknown Cleveland scene in
the mid seventies. Although not sealed, this example remains in
the open shrink and displays minimal wear and the vinyl looks
barely played)
