SWEET PAIN Sweet Pain (1969 US 11-track LP, housed in a
heavyweight pasted sleeve, subtitled 'England's Heavy Blues
Super Session' this superb album does not disappoint with an
all-star line-up including Dick Heckstall-Smith [Graham Bond
Organisation, Colosseum], John O'Leary [Savoy Brown] and
Keith Tillman [John Mayall's Bluesbreakers]. offering up a
winning blend of blues. rock, jazz and psych. The heavyweight
sleeve does have a small drill hole in the top left hand corner
and there is evidence of ringwear and scuffing but the sleeve
is intact and all text is clearly legible whilst the vinyl has only
a couple of hairlines to show for its 44 years - overall this is
an excellent play copy of a rare LP and is priced accordingly
