Ornette Coleman Chappaqua Suite UK 2-LP vinyl set

ORNETTE COLEMAN Chappaqua Suite (1967 UK 4-track double LP on the plain orange rough textured CBS label, front laminated gatefold picture sleeve with CBS company die-cut inners. Originally intended to be the soundtrack to the film Chappaqua, it was found to be too beautiful by director Conrad Rooks who feared it may detract from the on-screen action, leaving it to be released as a standalone piece. The sleeve shows some shelfwear & minor creasing, most caused by a mismatch of the sleeve during manufacturing, but the vinyl remains in excellent condition with little sign of play)
